    Licensed Professional Engineer and Class B General Contractor with 15+ years guiding large-scale commercial projects. LEED AP specializing in pre-construction coordination and innovative green approaches. Holds two patents for Titancrete™ building material. Active member of the Albany Climate Action Coalition. Passionate about biodiversity, native plant restoration, and regenerative design.
